March 15 is the fourth Sunday of Lent. It is also UMCOR Sunday when we recognize the many works of the United Methodist Committee on Relief, the disaster response and humanitarian relief agency of our church..
UMCOR Sunday matters because it supports the foundation — a trained staff and reliable systems — that enables it to act quickly and compassionately. By covering UMCOR’s administrative costs, we make sure the Church is equipped to respond whenever and wherever help is needed, without delay and with sufficient resources for a sustained recovery.
Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
We hope you will join us.
If you want to know more about what to expect during Sunday’s worship service, you can download the bulletin below or visit the This Sunday link at GPUMC page on our web site every week.
Our in-person worship service in the sanctuary and the livestream begins at 9:30 am Sunday.
You are always welcome at this church!
