Nov. 1 is All Saints Sunday and Veterans Recognition Sunday. This is an opportunity to honor those who have served in the United States military.
This special service typically takes place on or around Veterans Day, which is November 11, and aims to acknowledge the sacrifices made by veterans and their families.
This observance not only honors veterans, but also encourages congregations to reflect on their role in supporting those who have served in the armed forces.
We are committed to providing pastoral ministry to members of the armed forces and their families both during their service and after their return home. Congregations are encouraged to support those serving through prayer and to welcome their participation in the ministry of the church after they have fulfilled their obligation.
We hope you will join us this Sunday.
